Organoleptic characteristics
Full-bodied wine with an excellent softness. The colour is an intense ruby red with violet reflections, the nose has hints of small fruits, blackberry, cherry and plum jam. In the mouth it is elegant, soft and easy and pleasant to drink.

Method of vinification
Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks using the 'emerged cap' system and maceration of the marc lasts from 5 to 7 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained at around 25°-27° C. Malolactic fermentation takes place at the end of fermentation and after racking.
Ageing
Ageing lasts 7 months, 6 of which are in steel or cement vats and one in the bottle for adequate evolution of the product before release on the market.
