Organoleptic characteristics
A wine of persuasive, light pink colour. The bouquet is floral, with interesting notes of rose and violet. In the mouth it emerges savoury, fresh and saline, with a fragrant and enveloping finish.

It goes well with savoury starters, seafood and as an aperitif.

Vinification method
The grapes are softly pressed and the must is separated from the skins after 6-8 hours. The must obtained is sent to alcoholic fermentation and the process takes place at 18 degrees and lasts about 15 days. At the end of fermentation, a racking takes place. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Aging lasts 5-6 months in steel tanks. The wine is bottled at the end of winter.
